Job Overview:
The Specialist – Vehicles Licensing Policies & Studies will be responsible for managing, developing, and implementing policies and studies that support the Vehicle Licensing Department (VLD) of RTA. This role requires continuous coordination with multiple departments and plays a key part in enhancing customer satisfaction and improving performance KPIs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit periodic complaint reports linked to the department.
- Coordinate daily with complaint coordinators across all VLD divisions and the Customer Happiness Department.
- Represent the section in meetings and contribute professionally to discussions to reflect VLD’s objectives.
- Analyze complaint data, identify issues, and propose effective solutions to reduce complaint volumes.
- Collaborate with the Quality, Health, Safety & Sustainability team to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Develop and update licensing policies in cooperation with operational divisions and ensure system compliance.
- Participate in quality audits, ensure timely closure of recommendations, and maintain supporting documents.
- Plan and execute external award participations in line with the annual strategy.
- Conduct in-depth research and studies to enhance performance and meet KPIs.
- Review and respond to internal suggestions related to licensing processes and monitor implementation progress.
- Prepare annual benchmarking plans and coordinate with other divisions to support improvement strategies.
- Review external policies and manuals, ensuring alignment with VLD responsibilities.
- Attend weekly leadership meetings and present updates on ongoing projects and initiatives.
- Follow up on internal audits and work with team members to close gaps and provide required evidence.
- Maintain and update the division’s processes and ensure all new procedures are recorded in the internal system.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, or Big Data.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in a relevant field within vehicle licensing or policy development.
- Technical Skills: Strong background in policy analysis, technical reporting, vehicle licensing systems, and data analysis.
