Job Overview
The Team Leader (Poultry) will be responsible for managing a self-directed team to meet performance, safety, and quality standards within the poultry division. You will also be involved in maintaining operational workflows and modern processing systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a technical operations team
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality standards
- Maintain automated control and instrumentation systems
- Support workshop operations and internal maintenance
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
- 0–1 years of experience in a process-oriented industry
- Familiarity with automated food processing systems
- Excellent written and verbal English skills
- Computer literacy is essential
