The Emirates Group is looking for a skilled Training Specialist to join its Security team in Dubai. This role is focused on training ground staff to meet high security standards across Emirates operations.

Job Overview

As a Training Specialist, you will deliver security training to ground staff, create and update training content, and ensure it meets local and international aviation standards. You will also guide and support other trainers and work closely with various teams to improve security awareness and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver security training sessions to ground staff.
• Design and update training materials based on the latest rules and incidents.
• Make sure training follows Emirates and international security standards (ICAO, ISAGO, TSA, EU).
• Check trainee performance through tests and provide extra help if needed.
• Support and manage other trainers, offering feedback and guidance.
• Work with teams like Emirates Airport Services and Group Safety to improve overall training.
• Suggest and manage small training projects and budgets.

What You Need Training Specialist Emirates Dubai

• A Bachelor’s Degree (or higher).
• At least 5 years of experience in general security, with a focus on aviation and training.
• Knowledge of global aviation security rules and standards.
• Experience in designing courses and managing trainer performance.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office and writing business documents.
