Role Overview
Etihad Airways looking for a Work Pack Officer to manage daily operational and cabin defect responsibilities, ensuring all maintenance-related functions and documentation are executed to aviation authority standards.
Responsibilities of Work Pack Officer
- Manage and monitor work packages via AMOS and cloud systems
- Coordinate resources like hangar bays, towing, and GSE
- Support internal/external audits and prepare planning reports
- Upload third-party airline debriefs and manage technical records
- Communicate with production teams to meet operational demands
Qualifications
- Degree, diploma, or high school with relevant aircraft engineering studies
- 2+ years airline or 3+ years MRO experience preferred
- Strong AMOS and Office 365 proficiency
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
